Payment Terms -
As stated on our GSA Contract GS07F0154U. This is usually 30 days NET for
GSA and Government purchasers.
We accept Mastercard, EFT Transfer, Visa, Purchase Orders, and Government IMPAC credit cards.
Shipping Rate Guarantee - Our shipping rate guarantee is that if actual freight amount is more or less, we will notify you since our goal is to charge only actual freight costs. The rate is provided for your budgeting purposes.
Product Warranty Information, Damaged Products, Returned Goods Authorization (RGA) and Restocking Fee - The Handiwash unit carries a 12 month warranty from date of purchase covering faulty parts and workmanship. The Port-A-Hot heater carries a 12 month warranty from date of sale against defects. Damage from freezing or abuse is not covered. All of the other handwash sinks and sanitation equipment (PS02-1000, PSW1-1000, Sanistand, SK3-1000, PS14-1000, BRA1-1000 and BRA1-2000) carry a 12 month warranty from date of purchase covering defective parts and workmanship. The buyer is urged to check each incoming shipment carefully before acknowledging receipt from the carrier. Claims for shortages or wrong parts on orders will not be considered unless presented to All Safety Products within 30 days of receipt by buyer. All goods returned within 30 days to All Safety Products in original or resaleable condition are entitled to a refund minus the shipping costs. Please obtain an RGA number from All Safety Products, 1-562-630-3700 before returning products. We will provide shipping and labeling information. A restocking fee
up to 15% may be charged on products returned due to repackaging and handling requirements.
